Anila Moorthy, EIT, is a Project Transportation Engineer at Gorove Slade since July 2021, specializing in comprehensive traffic impact analysis for projects in Washington D.C. and Maryland. Previously, as a Transportation Engineer, Anila assisted in preparing transportation impact studies, campus transportation plans, and parking management plans, and performed traffic analysis using advanced software tools. Anila's experience also includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, where analysis of lighting conditions aimed to enhance pedestrian safety took place. Anila holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering Technologies from Vasavi College of Engineering.
