Prasanna Chebbi

Prasanna Chebbi, P.E., is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in transportation engineering, managing high-value projects for the Texas Department of Transportation since July 2016. Prasanna has overseen significant projects in Houston, including $60 million railroad and metro bridge projects, a $110 million PS&E contract for roadway expansion, and multiple bridge replacements and roadway improvements. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Utility Operations for the City of Port Arthur, Engineer/Project Manager for the City of Houston, and Project Manager for the Harris County Flood Control District. Prasanna holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from McNeese State University and a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Southern University at New Orleans, complemented by a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Karnatak University.
