Pankaj Singla

Pankaj Singla is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Associate, Project Engineer, and Transportation Engineer at Gorove Slade since March 2020. In addition, Pankaj contributes as a Networking Volunteer for the TRB Safety & Ops Young Member Subcommittee since January 2023. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at the Virginia Department of Transportation from August 2019 to September 2021, and a Graduate Research Assistant position from June 2018 to May 2019, where Pankaj evaluated paving jobs and measured safety performance. Previously, Pankaj held the position of Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro from June 2015 to November 2017, focusing on value engineering and the design of formwork for high-rise projects. Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
