Jesper Madsen

Jesper Madsen serves as Managing Counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel since January 2024, previously held the position of Partner at Horten from October 2021 to January 2024, and was a Senior Legal Counsel at Gorrissen Federspiel from September 2009 to September 2021, specializing in IP and Digital Business. Additionally, Jesper Madsen has been an External Lecturer at Aarhus Universitet since April 2015, teaching courses in Copyright and Market Law. Earlier work experience includes roles at Folketingets Ombudsmand and Aarhus School of Business. Jesper Madsen holds a Master and Bachelor in Law from Aarhus University and a PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
