David Breland

David Breland is a Senior Counsel at PNC since March 2022. Prior to that, David held roles such as VP, General Counsel, Head of Risk and Compliance at Bloom Credit, and General Counsel at Simple Finance. With a background in law and accounting, David has also worked at BBVA Compass and Burr & Forman LLP. David holds a Doctor of Law degree from Samford University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaGrange College.
