Rabia Malik has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Rabia began their career at Xavor Corporation in 2011, starting as an HR Intern before transitioning to the role of HR Manager. In this position, Rabia was responsible for forecasting human resource demand, managing the HR database, and screening and short-listing candidates for interviews. Rabia held this role until 2018.
