Rabia Malik

Rabia Malik has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Rabia began their career at Xavor Corporation in 2011, starting as an HR Intern before transitioning to the role of HR Manager. In this position, Rabia was responsible for forecasting human resource demand, managing the HR database, and screening and short-listing candidates for interviews. Rabia held this role until 2018.

In 2018, Rabia joined 50DEV Software Labs as an HR Manager, where they contributed to the recruitment and management of personnel until mid-2019.

Following that, in the same year, Rabia joined GoSaaS, Inc. as the Human Resource Director. In this role, they collaborated with senior management to develop and implement overall strategies, including creating a holding Company structure and making day-to-day management and strategic decisions. Additionally, Rabia formulated recruitment strategies to attract top talent and oversaw the recruitment drives. Rabia also provided performance management guidance and addressed employee relations issues.
