Becky Cameron

Becky Cameron, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources. Becky currently holds the position of Human Resource Director at Patterson Companies, Inc. and previously served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Becky was a Human Resources Consultant at the University of Minnesota College of Design. Becky also has experience at Canterbury Park, where they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Becky has also worked as a Personnel Specialist and Human Resource- Executive Office Administrative Specialist at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Additionally, they have internship experience at 3M and served as an Assistant Site Director at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities.

Becky Cameron, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services, with a minor in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2006-2008). Becky completed some general education credits at Saint Paul College-A Community and Technical College (2002-2005) and received an Associate's degree in Office Administration from Minneapolis Business College (2001-2002). In terms of certifications, they obtained the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in 2015. Becky also completed the Veterans at Work Certification Program and the Getting Talent Back to Work Certification Program offered by the SHRM Foundation in 2021 and 2022, respectively. Additionally, they have obtained a Human Resource Generalist Certification from the University of Minnesota's Continuing Education program, although the specific year is unknown.
