Zarak Asim

Zarak Asim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Production Operations at GoSaaS, Inc. since February 2021, Zarak has successfully established a Customer Success team focused on delivering exceptional support for ITIL-based services, and developed a new 24/7 customer support portal. In addition, Zarak has held managerial positions at Rockhawks Foundation, overseeing fundraising and donor engagement efforts, and has previous experience as a Career Coach at Grey Matter Global and Program Manager at Amal Academy, where Zarak facilitated career-preparation programs for university students. Zarak's early career includes roles in project management consultancy and as a Debate Coach, along with leadership as CEO of Nixor Logistics, a student-run event management entity. Zarak holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Political Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences and has a strong educational foundation in economics, law, sociology, and engineering.
