Lorena Guañarita

Lorena Guañarita has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Supply Chain Management. Lorena began their career in 2006 as an Analista de Producción at Excelsior Gama Supermercados, where they were responsible for planning the production of perishable categories based on the demand of the stores. Lorena also designed, evaluated, and improved the production processes of perishable products, analyzed the generation of waste during the production process, and developed standard operation and sanitation manuals.

In 2013, Lorena moved to Cerveceria Regional as an Especialista de Aplicaciones Consultor SAP APO, where they were responsible for the design of the annual, monthly, and weekly production and distribution cycles. Lorena also created the Business Blue Print and configured the APO-SNP module.

Lorena then joined PwC in 2016 as a Consultor SAP APO on Hana e Integracion S/4 Hana.

In 2017, Lorena began working at GoSCM as Manager, Customer Success. As a SAP SCM Architect, they designed the Demand Planning process to unify and optimize demand prediction based on historical volume and price for different markets. Lorena also designed the Supply Planning cycle to establish optimal inventories, maximize profits, and optimize resource efficiency. As a Consultor Senior SAP IBP, they designed the Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Planning process to control the entire supply chain. As a Consultor SAP IBP, they participated in the analysis, design, configuration, and support phase of the Purchasing and Supply Planning process.

Overall, Lorena has extensive experience in Supply Chain Management and SAP IBP.

Lorena Guañarita has a strong educational background in Supply Chain Management & Logistic. Lorena obtained their Ingeniero Industrial degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2006, majoring in Gestión logística, de materiales y de la cadena de suministro. Lorena then went on to pursue a Magister degree from both OBS Business School and Universitat de Barcelona, both in the field of Supply Chain Management & Logistic. Additionally, they obtained a SCM-Procurement with my SAP ERP 2005 certification from SAP in April 2008.
