Joshua Lightcap

Joshua Lightcap is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and design. Currently, Joshua serves as the VP of Product & Design at PLS Logistics Services and the VP of Product at GoShip. Prior to these roles, Joshua held various positions at Dell Technologies for nearly nine years, including Senior Consultant, Transformation Program Manager, Director of Product Management, IT Senior Manager, and Senior Product Manager. Joshua co-founded Appsolute Productions, LLC, and has also worked at eBay, Dell, NTELOS, Video Gaming Technologies, High Conversions, and Diamond Pharmacy Services in various analytical and managerial capacities. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
