Allie Anderson, MSW, LICSW, Chief Clinical Officer at Gosnold, manages the operations of Gosnold’s nine outpatient and mobile treatment facilities both on and off of the Cape. The sites provide mental health and dual diagnosis treatment utilizing a variety of services across the continuum of care in order to provide individualized service plans that are patient specific. Allie has over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and dual diagnosis field working with children, adults, older adults, individuals and families. Areas of expertise include: diagnostic testing for older adults, child and family therapy, inpatient, Partial Hospital Program (PHP), Driver Alcohol Education (DAE), Structured Outpatient Addictions Program (SOAP), Second Offender Aftercare Program (SOA) and outpatient managed care. Prior to joining Gosnold, Allie was the Senior Regional Director of Outpatient Services as well as the Chief of Social Work at Tenet Healthcare. While in this position she was responsible for the oversight at MetroWest Medical Center, Natick and St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester: psychiatric emergency department, inpatient social workers, partial hospital program, intensive outpatient services, and the 24 hour call center. In this role Allie had the opportunity to expand the outpatient services to include 3 new programs that specialized in the treatment of mental health and dual diagnosis. Before working at Tenet, she was the Director of the Partial Hospital Program and SOAP for Arbour, Inc, Norwell. While working at Arbour Allie was able to once again build upon the current services to include a new dual diagnosis partial hospital program and DAE services. Allie has had other Director Positions, including at Golden Pond Psychiatric Assisted Living Unit and Arbour HRI. Allie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College.
