Danae Young

Danae Young, BS MBA, leads the development and implementation of a wide variety of operational and strategic initiatives to ensure successful performance outcomes across Gosnold. Danae oversees Gosnold’s admissions department, all expansion projects, as well as Gosnold’s marketing and fundraising department. Danae has 7 years of leadership experience in the behavioral health field. Prior to joining Gosnold, Danae served as the Manager of Hospital Development at TaraVista and MiraVista Behavioral Health hospitals, two large psychiatric hospitals in Western, MA. There, Danae was responsible for overseeing their expansion efforts including the construction and renovation of their facilities, operationalizing new programs and maintaining operational excellence of their existing programs. Prior to that, she worked at both Walden Behavioral Care and Emerson Hospital. She holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Fitchburg State University.
