Shavon Meyers

Shavon Meyers, LMHC, NCC, M.S, serves as the Clinical Director at The Counseling Center since December 2022, overseeing programs for mental health and substance abuse counseling, including Partial Hospitalization, group therapy, Spravato treatment, and case management. Additional roles include Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Psych Wellness Group, INC, and Therapist at BetterHelp.com, both starting in 2023 and continuing since November 2020, respectively. Shavon has extensive experience in various capacities such as Regional Program Director and Clinical Supervisor at Northeast Family Services and roles at South Bay Community Services, Pathlight, and Gandara Center, focusing on mental health support, clinical mentorship, and individual counseling. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz, among others.
