Ike Nelson

Isacc (Ike) Nelson is an accomplished customer success leader with extensive experience in various industries, including technology and education. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at SOLO LLC since February 2023, Nelson previously held similar roles at Pathify, Banzai, Drip, and Instructure, where responsibilities spanned global customer onboarding, retention, and advocacy. Nelson has a proven track record in building and scaling customer success teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and minimizing churn. Prior experience includes various sales and account management positions at LANDesk Software and Symantec/Altiris. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah and an Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College.
