Chantal Reed

Chantal (Lackey) Reed, PhD, serves as the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Actio Biosciences, Inc. since November 2024. With extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and analytical sciences, Chantal has been the Vice President of Brain Hz Consulting, Inc. since September 2010, focusing on technical report writing for regulatory submissions. Additionally, Chantal has held the position of Course Chair at the University of California, San Diego, since 2007, teaching about dosage forms and drug delivery systems. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director of CMC Project Management at Gossamer Bio and Senior Scientist at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed drug delivery and product quality. Chantal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington.
