Griet Goderis has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the air and sea freight industry. Currently serving as Teamleader for Customer Service in Air & Sea at Gosselin Group since November 2015, Griet has previously held roles in customer service and sales, particularly during the acquisition of Crosstainer by Gosselin in 2016. Prior to Gosselin, Griet worked at Crosstainer from February 2008 to April 2016, managing customer service for sea freight and operations for air and sea. Earlier experience includes positions in airfreight operations at both DB Schenker and BAX Global from September 2006 to February 2008. Griet is actively pursuing education at Portilog and the Cargo Training Center Brucargo to enhance expertise in the logistics field.
