Marios Tassios

Marios Tassios has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Marios started their career at Zagorin Hellas as a Data Support Services and Networking intern, where they provided networking support, database support, and software and hardware support. After that, they joined Foxconn DRC as a Junior Software Developer, where they developed tools for embedded devices, implemented automated tests, and created CI/CD. Marios then moved on to Deutsche Börse, where they initially worked as a Golang Developer and later became a Tech Lead, leading a team in the implementation of a Cloud-based application and ensuring project delivery. Currently, they are working at GoStudent as a Senior Software Engineer and Product Engineering Lead.

Marios Tassios holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering & Networks from the International Hellenic University, received in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Open University of Cyprus, completed from 2023 to 2025. Marios has also earned certifications in Apache Kafka and Golang from Udemy, and in Berlin Go from Ardan Labs. Marios has achieved the DIPLOMA DE ESPANOL COMO LENGUA EXTRANJERA (NIVEL INICIAL) from Instituto Cervantes and the UPPER INTERMEDIATE COMMUNICATION certificate from London Edexcel.
