Dr. Hasti Tajtehranifard

Dr. Hasti Tajtehranifard has a diverse work experience in the fields of software engineering, transportation planning, and research. Dr. Hasti is currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Swiftly, Inc. since August 2022. Dr. Hasti previously held the role of Software Engineer II at the same company from January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Transit Data Engineer from March 2020 to January 2022. Dr. Tajtehranifard also has experience in customer success management, having served as a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to March 2020, and as a Technical Customer Success Manager from August 2018 to July 2019, both at Swiftly, Inc.

Before joining Swiftly, Inc., Dr. Tajtehranifard worked as a Transportation Planner at IBI Group from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have research experience as a Researcher at the Smart Transport Research Center at Queensland University of Technology from May 2012 to November 2012.

Dr. Hasti Tajtehranifard has an extensive education history. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Transportation Science at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science - MS degree in Transport Systems at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013. Their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Industrial Engineering was obtained from the University of Tehran, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Problems in Big Data: Understanding Cities through Data Analytics and Embedded Systems" from IEEE Educational Activities Certificates.
