Karen Barry

Karen Barry, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Got Electric, LLC since January 2023. Previously, Karen held the position of Human Resources Director at The Arc of Loudoun from October 2021 to October 2022 and worked as HR Manager at Berryville Graphics, Inc. from November 2020 to October 2021. Before that, Karen was the HR Manager at Weinschel API for 14 years, where responsibilities included advising Site Managers on HR-related matters for both the Frederick, MD facility and the Philadelphia site. Karen began their career at Qovia, Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator from 2004 to 2006, negotiating supplier agreements for logistical operations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Columbia Union College, earned between 1991 and 1993.
