Dean Celaj

Dean Celaj has extensive work experience in various industries, starting as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture in 2017. In 2019, they worked as VP of Business Strategy at Atlantik sh.a for ten months. In 2020, they founded Akademi, an online education platform that provides educational services to several governments and organizations, and has been used by 91% of all students in Albania. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO of GoTeacher, a company they started in 2022.

Dean Celaj earned an International Baccalaureate from St. Clare's, Oxford between 2012 and 2015. Dean then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Management for Business (with Year in Industry) at UCL, which they completed between 2015 and 2019. Currently, Dean is pursuing a Master's degree in M.Ed. Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship at Harvard University, and is expected to complete it between 2021 and 2022.
