Charlie Greenbacker

Charlie Greenbacker is the Chief Technology Officer at goTenna. Prior to joining goTenna, Charlie served as the Head of Federal and Strategic Technology Programs at Snorkel AI from October 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Sr. Vice President, Enterprise Technologies at In-Q-Tel from December 2014 to October 2020. Charlie also served as the Director of Data Science at Altamira Technologies Corporation from December 2013 to December 2014.

Charlie has a wealth of experience in technology and has played a pivotal role in driving innovation within the national security space. Charlie is a highly regarded thought leader within the tech community and their work has been instrumental in advancing the use of data analytics and artificial intelligence within the intelligence community. Charlie is a passionate advocate for the power of technology to make a positive impact on society and is committed to helping goTenna realize its mission of connecting people off-grid.

Charlie Greenbacker is a PhD candidate (ABD) in Computer Science at the University of Delaware. Charlie also holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, as well as a BA in Computer Science from Iona University. Charlie is also certified from Cloudera in Cloudera Certified Developer for Apache Hadoop (CCDH).
