Carmela Martone

Carmela Martone is an experienced R&D make-up formulator currently working at GOTHA COSMETICS since January 2024. Previously, Carmela held the same role at MPlus Cosmetics from June 2023 to December 2023 and served as an R&D make-up anhydrous formulator at GOTHA COSMETICS between December 2017 and June 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as a cosmetic laboratory technician at INCA Spa, where technical support for make-up formulations and compatibility tests were conducted, as well as roles in sample management at AKOTT EVOLUTION Srl and as a cosmetologist at Omega Farm srl, focusing on formulation and production support.
