Tanja Kostenko

Tanja Kostenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tanja is currently the Head of Business Development & Innovations P&C Commercial Line (SME) at Gothaer since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Digitalization & Innovations at NRW.BANK from March 2019 to March 2023. Tanja also worked at AXA as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Development from July 2016 to February 2019. Before that, they were a Project Manager in Corporate Group Strategy and M&A at Metro AG from April 2013 to June 2016. Tanja started their career as a Consultant at TYSKE BRYGGEN Advisory & Implementation GmbH in 2012. Tanja also gained experience as an Intern at Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH in 2011, at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH in 2010, and at Robert Bosch in 2008-2009, where they worked on the project "Russia Manufacturing" and optimized the delivery process.

Tanja Kostenko received a Master's Degree in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden in the years 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed another Master's Degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Far Eastern State University (Khabarovsk) from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they attended a Summer School at Charles University in 2011. Tanja is currently pursuing an Agile Coach degree at Boris Gloger, expected to be completed in 2023. Tanja also holds various certifications, including Product Discovery and Hypothesis-Driven Product Management from Product Academy, Prosci certified practitioner in Change Management from Prosci, Professional Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, and Digital Transformation from University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Tanja is also a Certified Mentor from The Mentoring Club.
