Chris Cancialosi

Chris Cancialosi, Ph.D., PCC is the Chief Executive Officer of gothamCulture, a recognized expert in leader and organizational development. With experience in both the corporate world and the military, Chris has led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives and served as a commissioned officer in the US Army. Chris also founded Gotham Government Services, a sister company of gothamCulture, dedicated to serving the Federal government market. Chris has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University and held leadership positions at JetBlue Airways and Human Performance Systems. Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Psychology from Walden University.
