Beth Gantz

Beth Gantz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Beth started their career in 1994 as the Owner and Operator of Grandma Violet's Pies, where they established a successful bakery wholesale pie business. Beth then moved on to various roles at Whole Foods Market, including Acting Store Team Leader and Marketing Team Leader, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership and marketing skills. Beth also worked as the Director of Operations at BluePrint Cleanse and Vital Juice, where they were responsible for improving production, logistics, and quality specifications. Beth'smost recent role was as Vice President Operations at Gotham Greens, where they achieved financial and profitability plans and supported the company's rapid growth. Overall, Beth has a proven track record of driving business success through strategic leadership and effective management.

Beth Gantz obtained a B.A. in English from the University of Rochester from 1982 to 1986. In 1990 to 1991, they received a Certificate of Commercial Baking with a focus on GMPs, ABA SOPs, and Production Process from Seattle Central College. Additionally, they obtained a Juice HACCP Certification from Cornell University in 2012. Beth also holds certifications as a NJ State Teacher of English and NY State Teacher of English.
