Marilyn Eckley

Marilyn Eckley is an accomplished executive with significant experience in health services and managed care. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at CareSource since February 2025, Marilyn previously held various leadership roles at AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies, including Senior Vice President of Network Development and Executive Vice President of Health Services, where responsibilities encompassed provider network management and oversight of a substantial operational department. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Professor at Pennsylvania State University, President at United Health Group, and Deputy Secretary at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services, where oversight included a large workforce and significant financial resources. Marilyn holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Penn State University.
