Lauren Dibb has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Lauren worked as a Summer Analyst at Carbon Search in 2010, where they focused on hiring senior leaders in the financial services industry. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Analyst at YSC, a leadership consulting firm. At JCA Group, they served as a Research Analyst from 2012 to 2014, specializing in executive searches for top positions in FTSE listed companies. From 2014 to 2021, Lauren worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles, starting as an Analyst at Pine Street and gradually moving up to Vice President in Learning & Engagement. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent at Gotham Greens, a role they began in 2021.
Lauren Dibb completed their MA (Oxon) degree in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford from 2009 to 2012.
