William Peyton McGinnis

William Peyton McGinnis has over 25 years of experience in various sales and business development roles. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of Global & Key Accounts at Gotham Technology Group, where they specialize in remote access, cybersecurity, cloud services, and infrastructure solutions. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Regional Vice President at Newtek Business Services Corp., where they achieved significant growth in the partner community and exceeded all goals and quotas. From 2009 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Business Partner at IPM, where they managed global enterprise client organizations and developed executive relationships. Additionally, they worked as the Microsoft Business Relationship Manager at IPM from 2010 to 2013. Before joining IPM, they held sales management roles at Marathon Technologies, Racemi, Lexmark International, and Sun Microsystems. William Peyton also has experience in the computer consulting industry, where they held multiple roles and was an owner. William Peyton McGinnis completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Arkansas State University between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, they studied Business Management at the University of Arkansas at Fayettville from 1987 to 1989. In 2003, they attended Willow Billiards Academy and attained expertise in the field of 9 Ball, earning a degree called HARD Knocks, which they completed in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, William McGinnis has obtained various certifications to further enhance their professional skills. William Peyton earned a certification in Nutanix from Nutanix in August 2022, and another certification in SNYK from Snyk in April 2022. In March 2021, they obtained a certification from Rubrik, Inc. William Peyton also holds a certification in Check Point Sales Specialist from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., achieved in April 2020. Furthermore, William McGinnis holds a Microsoft Certified Sales Specialist in multiple domains such as O/M-365x, WVD, Sharepoint, and HyperV, which they obtained in April 2010. William Peyton became a Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP) in May 2009 and a PALO ALTO Networks - ASE - Certified Sales Specialist in December 2020, certified by Citrix and Palo Alto Networks respectively.
