Chris Cancialosi, Ph.D., ACC (he/him) has a wealth of experience in the field of leader and organizational development. Chris began their career in 1996 as a Captain in the US Army, where they spent two years leading troops in combat operations in Iraq as a Battalion Operations Officer and Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. In 2002, they joined Human Performance Systems as a Research Associate, where they were responsible for conducting analysis and development of physical and cognitive selection tests for clients in public, private and government sectors. In 2003, they moved to JetBlue Airways as an Internal Organizational Development Consultant, managing organizational effectiveness projects including organizational change management, career pathing, project management, talent management and OD assessment/diagnosis and intervention. In 2006, they founded gothamCulture, a recognized expert in the field of leader and organizational development. As Managing Partner & Founder, Chris' work with senior leaders across industries and sectors centers on large-scale organizational transformation initiatives aimed at creating and sustaining effective change. In 2007, they became an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University. In 2019, they joined Gotham Government Services as Managing Partner.

Chris Cancialosi, Ph.D., ACC (he/him) obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Psychology from Walden University between 2008 and 2013. Chris then received their MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University between 1998 and 2000. Chris's first degree was a BA in Psychology, which they obtained from the University of Delaware between 1992 and 1996. In November 2018, they also became an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
