Grzegorz Tarczynski's work experience begins in 2002 when they started as a QA Tester at Interactive Vision Mind Beacon. Grzegorz worked on various projects for platforms like Palm OS, Pocket PC, Sony PlayStation 2, and PC. Grzegorz then moved on to become a QA Manager and Hardware & Software Manager at the same company, leading the quality assurance process for several PlayStation 2, PC, and Nintendo GBA projects.

In 2004, Grzegorz joined Avantgarde Bee 3D as a QA Manager / Hardware Manager, where they led the quality assurance department and was responsible for managing and maintaining all company hardware and software. Grzegorz facilitated the quality assurance process for several PlayStation 2, PC, Nintendo GBA, and Nintendo DS projects.

In 2006, they began their long tenure at Huuuge Games as a QA Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing quality assurance and managing the distribution process. Over the years, they held various roles, including Associate Producer, Distribution Manager, Lead Data Analyst, Head of Ad Monetization and Huuuge Business Intelligence, Director of Data Operations, and Director of Technology Operations.

In their most recent role, starting in July 2022, Grzegorz joined Gotiva as the VP of Platform and Technical Operations.

Grzegorz Tarczynski completed their education in a chronological progression, starting from high school. From 1993 to 1997, they attended X LO Szczecin, where they obtained their high school degree with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Grzegorz then went on to the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Transportation/Traffic Engineering. This degree program lasted from 1997 to 2001.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Grzegorz Tarczynski continued their studies at the same university. Grzegorz pursued a Master's degree in Logistics and Management from 2001 to 2003. Following the completion of their Master's, they further advanced their academic qualifications by enrolling in a doctoral program. From 2003 to 2008, they studied at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Construction and Operating of Machinery.

It should be noted that in addition to their formal education, Grzegorz Tarczynski also obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification in January 2019 from Scrum.org.
