Quamilla Raverla

Quamilla Raverla is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fazz since July 2021, Quamilla has also held the position of People Operations Manager at Xfers, where responsibilities included leading end-to-end people experience processes and supporting the M&A with Payfazz. Prior roles at Modalku involved managing company policies and talent operations, while experience at Funding Societies included regional talent operations. Quamilla began a career in HR at PT Kalbe Farma and has a foundational background in administrative support from Parahyangan Catholic University. Quamilla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Parahyangan Catholic University, completed in 2014.
