Tracy Sitorus

Tracy Sitorus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales learning and development, as well as UX research. From November 2016 to September 2022, Tracy served as a Sales Learning & Development Senior Associate at GoTo Group, acting as a learning partner for the GoFood sales team across multiple locations in Indonesia. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher, focusing on various Gojek products, and an intern assisting senior researchers through the entire research process. Tracy's earlier experience includes an internship in Corporate Human Resources at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, where documentation and training scheduling were key responsibilities. Tracy also held leadership positions within the Student Executive Board at the University of Indonesia while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from 2012 to 2016.
