Vina Ekawati Nugroho has a strong background in software quality assurance. Vina currently works as a Software Quality Assurance Lead at Swift, where they lead a team of 6 QA Analysts and ensures that all products meet the standard quality. Prior to their current role, Vina worked as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst at Sorabel from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they had a long tenure at PT Mitrais, starting as a Junior Software Engineer in 2008 and progressing to roles such as Quality Assurance Tester, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, and QA Test Analyst. Vina has a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance processes and has experience collaborating with operational teams, business analysts, and developers.
