Yudha Lesmana

Yudha Lesmana has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Yudha started their career at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper as a Sales Admin - Shipping Operations. Yudha then worked at PT. Dexa Medica as a Logistics Operations Officer before moving on to PT. Kamadjaja Logistics as an Operations Manager. Yudha then joined CEVA Logistics as an Operations Manager and later became a Contract Manager. Yudha then held positions at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari as a National Logistics Manager and PT. Duta Lestari Sentratama (KINO GROUP) as the Head of Logistics & Supply Chain. Yudha's next roles were at Lazada, where they served as the Vice President of Warehouse Fulfillment and Head of Warehouse Fulfillment Jakarta. Yudha then worked as the Country Manager Warehouse & Distribution at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Currently, Yudha is the Chief of Fulfilment at GoTo Logistics. In summary, Yudha has held various leadership positions in logistics and supply chain management throughout their career.

Yudha Lesmana obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Port & Shipping from Politecnic Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang in the years 2000 to 2004. In addition, they have received various certifications, including Leadership for Managers from Dale Carnagie in 2017, Creating Improvement Strategy from Ace Learning Company, Inc. in 2015, and Negotiation Skill for Wise Agreement from Asosiasi Logistik Indonesia (ALI) in 2015. Yudha also holds certifications in Warehouse Design & Operations Best Practice, Manajemen Distribusi Fisik, Lean & Six Sigma Management, Project Management, CEVA Lean Management, and ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 14001:2004 / OHSAS 18001:2007.
