Joshua Miller

Joshua Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Joshua currently holds the position of Director of the Salesforce Technology Team at GoTo since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Management-Commercial Product Team at GoTo from June 2022 to October 2023. Before joining GoTo, Joshua worked at LogMeIn for several years, holding positions such as Principal Product Manager for Platform Engineering at GoToMeeting from August 2019 to June 2022, and Director of Audio Services at join.me from September 2016 to June 2022. Joshua also worked as a Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Manager for Commercial Product Management at LogMeIn. Joshua's earlier experience includes roles at EssexTel/Atlantic Tele-Networks as a VOIP System Specialist from April 2012 to October 2012, and at Global NAPs as a VOIP/Switch Technician and Convergent ICS 2000/SS7 Engineer from October 2005 to March 2012. Joshua started their career as a Lucent 5ESS Switch Technician at Conversent Communications from February 2003 to October 2005. Throughout their career, Joshua has gained extensive expertise in technology management, product management, system engineering, and telecommunications.
