Victoria Savin

Victoria Savin currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales Compensation at GoTo, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Victoria accumulated extensive experience at CA Technologies from October 1996 to February 2019, where responsibilities included driving the design of Sales Incentive Plans, managing the commission administration team, and overseeing contract administration. In these positions, Victoria collaborated with various departments to implement new technology platforms and conducted financial analyses to enhance revenue recognition. Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Stony Brook University, complemented by 2.5 years of education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
