Shai M.

Shai M. is an experienced R&D Leader currently positioned at Tolstoy since 2021. Previously, Shai worked at Wix.com as a Frontend Engineer and Guild Master from 2019 to 2021, and at Adobe from January 2017 to October 2019 as an R&D Team Leader, where Shai successfully recruited and developed the TLV front-end team and transitioned it to an agile methodology, while also architecting the UI infrastructure for Marketo Performance Insights. Prior experience includes serving as a Full Stack Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2014 to December 2016, developing business analytics dashboards, and co-creating Pancake Finance, a project focused on financial portfolio management. Shai's career began in the wholesaling industry as a Web Developer from 2009 to 2014. Shai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
