Mengjiao (MJ) Liao's work experience includes positions at goTRG, Walmart, and the University of Arkansas. At goTRG, they are currently serving as the Director of Product & Strategy since November 2021, after previously holding the role of Product Manager from September 2019 to October 2021 and Enterprise Account Manager from December 2017 to August 2019. At Walmart, they worked as a Product Manager for Global People Analytics from June 2017 to November 2017 and as a Data Analyst for Global People Analytics from August 2015 to May 2017. Additionally, they had roles at the University of Arkansas as an Outreach Assistant in the Office of International Students and Scholars from August 2014 to May 2016, and as a Program Assistant in the same office from August 2012 to May 2014.
