Mark Kirschner

Mark Kirschner has extensive work experience in business development and M&A projects. Mark worked at Gottesman Company as the Senior Vice President, where they oversaw M&A projects in the NY Metropolitan region. Mark worked closely with business owners to secure transactions that aligned with their goals. Mark also collaborated with private equity groups and strategic buyers, defining acquisition strategies and leading acquisition search projects. Prior to that, they worked at Linde Americas as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they focused on anticipating industry trends and being the first to market with new product offerings. This included developing new products, creating new business platforms, and extending into new markets. Mark also utilized patent and know-how licensing, strategic alliances with government laboratories/agencies, academia, and industry, and strategic acquisitions to leverage company resources.

Mark Kirschner holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Heriot-Watt University. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Rutgers University. Mark also graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus.
