Nikolaj Læsøe

Nikolaj Læsøe is an experienced entrepreneur and educator with a diverse background in business, hospitality, and tutoring. As the owner of Voluntee Holding since October 2020, Nikolaj has managed multiple businesses in the restaurant, events, and e-commerce sectors. Simultaneously, Nikolaj serves as a private tutor for high school and university students, focusing on business economics, entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, and marketing. Previous roles include serving as an executive assistant at Loca Food Aps, co-founding and hosting a football podcast with Den Kolde Langside, and conducting noteworthy research for both a Master’s thesis and a Bachelor’s thesis at Copenhagen Business School. Nikolaj's expertise also extends to human resources, having worked as a training manager at P&R Administration and as a bartender after training at the European Bartender School. Nikolaj holds an MBA in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School and has completed an exchange program at Radboud University.
