Pablo Noben has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Pablo started their career with Tegema in 2007 as a Design Engineer, where they worked on various projects for clients including DAF Trucks, Tennant Company, VDL Industrial Modules, NTS Mechatronics, MA3, and ASML. At DAF Trucks, they developed encapsulation for the DAF CF Silent Truck, designed chassis components for the TelliSys truck, and worked on the development of AdBlue tanks for Euro6 trucks. Pablo also designed casting parts for the front-suspension and crash brackets. At ASML, Pablo Noben modified the PAS3500 to handle "bowed" wafers, contributing to a new process for the PAS3500. Pablo also worked on detailing the design of a 3D printer for Huntsman at NTS and on the development of a "High Dump-version" street sweeper at Tennant.

In 2015, Pablo Noben joined Punch Powertrain as a Mechanical Engineer, where they worked until 2022.

In 2023, they started working at Goudsmit Magnetics Group as a Mechanical Engineer.

Pablo Noben completed their high school education at Stella Maris from 1990 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained from 1997 to 2007.
