Shelley Baker

Shelley Baker is a Property Management Specialist at Gough Recruitment since September 2023, managing up to 180 properties across various contracts, holding a full QLD and NSW class 1 licence. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Ray White Pasadena/Mona Vale from 2016 to December 2022, where Shelley successfully grew the rent roll from inception and nurtured lasting client relationships. As Sales Manager for Arkadin from February 2011 to January 2016, Shelley led the Corporate Sales Team and achieved a 500% growth in an Enterprise account, while also managing the New Zealand market and expanding the team.
