Helen Roberts has extensive experience in the field of anaesthetics. Helen started their career in 2006 as an Anaesthetic Registrar at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Helen then worked as an Anaesthetic Fellow at Alfred Health from 2013 to 2014, focusing on trauma and general anaesthesia. Subsequently, they joined Monash Health in 2014 as an Anaesthetic Fellow. In 2015, Helen Roberts joined Goulburn Valley Health where they held various roles, including Specialist Anaesthetist, Deputy Clinical Director of Anaesthetics, and Clinical Director of Anaesthetics. Helen also served as the Medical Lead of the COVID-19 Vaccination Program from 2021 to 2022. Throughout their career, they have also been involved as an ANZCA Supervisor of Training.
Helen Roberts obtained their MBChB degree in Medicine from The University of Sheffield between 1997 and 2002. Helen has also obtained additional certifications including being an Associate Fellow at the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators in 2018, a Fellow at the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2014, and a Fellow at the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2013.
