Yee Ong

Yee Ong currently serves as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Psychiatry and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service at North Metropolitan Health Service since May 2022. Additionally, Yee Ong has held the position of Senior Registrar at both St John of God Midland Public Hospital and Goulburn Valley Health since July 2017 and February 2015, respectively, with experience in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health Service. Previous roles include Registrar at Monash Health and the Missenden Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychiatry from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Business Administration from Western Sydney University, a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery from The University of New South Wales. Yee Ong also holds a Fellowship in Rural Generalist from the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, commenced in April 2021.
