Stephanie Carson

Stephanie Carson has extensive experience in museum registrarial roles, currently serving as Senior Museum Registrar at the American Museum of Natural History since January 2005. Previous positions include Museum Registrar and Associate Registrar for Permanent Collections, enhancing expertise in maintaining and managing collections. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Tiffany & Co. as Registrar/Permanent Collections Coordinator, overseeing the archives' permanent collection of antique jewelry and decorative arts. Additional experience includes roles at the Museum of Jewish Heritage and the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. Stephanie holds an MA in Museum Studies from The George Washington University and a BA in Humanities from Florida State University.
