Laura Thompson Sears Clm

Laura Thompson Sears CLM has extensive experience in legal administration, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at Gould & Ratner LLP since April 1989. Additionally, Laura has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) since 1991, contributing to the Business Partner Project Team and chairing the 2020 Annual Conference Committee. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Word Processing Supervisor at Peper Martin from 1985 to 1988. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in French from Knox College, completing studies from 1979 to 1983, and is a graduate of Hinsdale Central High School, having attended from 1975 to 1979.
