Michael Caramanica has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michael started their career in 2007 with ARAMARK, where they served as a Premium Restaurant Supervisor and later as a Catering Supervisor. In these roles, they oversaw staff scheduling, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and training. Michael also facilitated numerous catered events and managed up to 75 employees across multiple locations.
In 2010, Caramanica worked as a Shift Manager at Santoro's Pizzaria, where they scheduled staff, placed food orders, and effectively reduced food costs through sales research and forecasting.
In 2012, they joined BAM Management as the Director of Premium Services and Assistant Catering Director. Here, they managed all on-site restaurants and bars, oversaw staff, and played a role in the booking and planning of catered events.
Since 2013, Caramanica has been working at Gourmet Dining LLC, initially as the General Manager and later as the Director of Catering & Special Events. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Catering and Special Events.
Michael Caramanica attended Howell High School from 2002 to 2006 and earned their High School Diploma in 2006. Michael then went on to study at Rowan University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Michael'sfield of study included Economics, Urban Economics, Global Economics, and Environmental Economics.
