Chuck Yee is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food production and management. Currently serving as a Production Chef at Gourmet Foods Inc since 1997, Chuck previously held roles as Assistant Manager and Production Chef at LSG Sky Chefs from 1981 to 1997, where involvement included work with Marriott's catering operations. Earlier in the career, Chuck was the Head Cook at Santa Monica College for a decade. Chuck’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Food Preparation/Professional Cooking from The Culinary Institute of America and an Associate's Degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
