Anthony Kogan, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Global Head of People at Acquco, where significant contributions have been made as a founding team member, overseeing global human resources and driving substantial company growth. With extensive experience in people operations across various industries, including roles as VP of People and Culture at Nines and Head of People at Trilogy Education, Anthony has demonstrated a passion for optimizing employee experiences and fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace cultures. Anthony's career includes consulting for numerous startups, mentoring professionals at SkillCycle, and building HR functions during critical growth phases at Iridium Consulting and other organizations. Anthony holds a BBA in accounting and psychology from Baruch College.
