Tyler Hefford-Anderson is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in leadership roles within prestigious culinary establishments. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations and Operations Chef at Gourmondo Co since October 2018, Tyler has previously held the position of Executive Chef at The Seattle Tennis Club, The Columbia Tower Club, and The Meridian Valley Golf and Country Club. Tyler's expertise also includes tenure as Executive Chef at Columbia Hospitality and a Sous Chef role at The Rainier Club. Tyler's culinary education includes participation in the American Culinary Federation’s apprenticeship program from 1996 to 1999.
